Returns made easy

We want returns to be as hassle-free as possible for our customers. If you have purchased a product in error, are unhappy with your order, or simply have changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery on your order to return the item(s) - no questions asked.

Please understand that a 25% restocking fee will be assessed as we can not resell any returned products.

LIVING SOCIAL RETURN POLICY : Please note we cannot accept returns from coupon sites or offers provided by daily deal sites including Living Social, Groupon and others.

Has my order shipped?

Orders typically will ship within 24 - 48 business hours of order confirmation. Shipping time does not include processing time. During high volume holiday months processing time may take longer. If you need to receive your order before a certain date please contact customer service before you place your order. You may track your order under My Account.

• Orders over $75 ship free via UPS ground (within the USA & Canada Only)
